Zen-K9 has been part of the prison program at Moore Haven correctional facility.Every week we volunteer our time to educate the inmates how to train the dogs that stay with them in the prison.Teaching them behavior modification so after their graduation with the dogs the puppies get a better second chance to get adopted.We are constantly looking for ways to educate the public.

Our mission is to educate the staff, volunteers, and the public how to work with these dogs so while they are staying here they can be thought basic commands. We are putting together Volunteer videos and guidelines for them to be consistent. New assessments are important as well which we teach to everyone how to approach and communicate with these dogs.
